Prior to setting VIBE up in early 2018, Kim had spent the previous 12 years working for specialist banks in the Commercial Mortgage industry working closely with a closed panel of mortgage brokers/introducers and with underwriting her own cases at the outset, she would oversee each case throughout the entire process through to completion. This undoubtedly gave Kim the best oversight as to what challenges a lender faces and she saw a real opportunity to set up as a broker herself to utilise her skills and attributes gained throughout her career to really make a difference to her clients… and so VIBE was launched!

Kim is a (very) busy mum of 2 children and when she’s not working, she absolutely loves spending quality time with her family whilst trying to squeeze a run in here and there!

Nicolas background is predominately in finance, coming to VIBE after 12 years working for Lloyds Banking Group. Gaining an expertise in Mortgage Advising and the retail aspect of banking – customer facing roles being the fundamental part of the role. With experience in dealing with customers, valuers and solicitors direct, Nicola has an excellent understanding of the demands that our clients have and prides herself on ensuring that they receive the best service at all times.

Prior to working at VIBE, Beth worked for a number of mortgage lenders and has gained over 10 years mortgage experience in both high street and sub-prime lending. Beth has gained a thorough understanding of the whole mortgage process working alongside underwriters and on-site lenders, liaising daily with solicitors, brokers and clients in supporting them with all aspects of the lending process. Beth’s latest role was an on-site completion officer; ensuring cases met all completion requirements, deadlines and releasing funds.

Beth is a mum of 2 and loves spending her spare time with her family, watching her children enjoying their hobbies which is mainly football and gymnastics!

Beth says; “I am thrilled to be part of the VIBE team, and love the relationships I have already built with my colleagues, clients and the lenders. I am really excited about the future at VIBE, I look forward to using my experience in my new role to assist our clients and furthering my career with Kim and the team”

Kelly was catapulted into financial services some 17 years ago with her first job at Santander then working for a specialist mortgage packager working within their second charge team which came with a whole new set of challenges and rewards.

In 2005, a new lender specialising in commercial mortgages then opened called InterBay Commercial and the opportunity for a Mortgage Processer arose; Kelly started as a mortgage processor and went on to become an Underwriter. She had full autonomy over the decision making for certain cases within the bank and she learnt much about assessing the risk of property, applicants and the overall deal.

She went on to become a Business Development Manager covering the South West region managing all of the mortgage brokers within her area assisting them with their applications for Commercial, Buy to Let and Bridging applications.

Kelly is now a Mummy to her beautiful 7 month old baby girl and a wife – so her home life is now very hectic and she is at a point in her life where a work life balance has never been more important.

Kelly says; “working with VIBE as a Senior Advisor gives me that flexibility of running my career and my home at the same time. Kim and I are old school friends and we have also been lucky enough to work together in a number of jobs in our careers. She has built a fabulous brokerage within the last 18 months with a fundamental reputation and this is just the start of things to come for VIBE. I am very excited for this new chapter in my life”
