HOW IT STARTED

KIM MCGINLEY

Prior to setting up VIBE in early 2018 – Kim had spent the previous 12 years working for specialist banks in the Specialist Finance industry.  Kim would work closely with a panel of mortgage brokers and with underwriting her own cases at the outset, she would oversee each case throughout the entire credit process through to completion.

This undoubtedly gave Kim the best oversight as to what challenges a lender faced and she saw a real opportunity to set up as a broker herself to utilise her skills and attributes gained throughout her career to really make a difference to her clients… and so VIBE was launched!

Awards are a testament to any business and we are very proud to say Kim won the NACFB Rising Star of the Year award at the NACFB Industry Awards in October 2019 and also won Entrepreneur of the Year 2020 at The News Business Excellence Awards in February 2020.
